Since 1957, Dell Manufacturing has been manufacturing precision components to the specifications of aerospace and other industries.We specialize in efficiently producing our customers’ designed parts. Our fully air-conditioned plant enables us to machine to tolerances of .0001" with our computerized grinding, milling, and turning equipment. Our present capacity allows the manufacture of parts ranging in size from 1/8 inch to 24 inches. We regularly manufacture a wide variety of parts including bosses, tees, elbows, shafts, housings, seals, liners, links, rings, connectors, valve bodies, stems, and assemblies.
Our dedicated employees work together following our internally-developed ISO9002 and AS9002 certified procedures to ensure consistent results. "Kaizen" events spearhead our continuous improvement efforts toward lean manufacturing to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and to reduce lead-time. Using Process Control we are certifying our machining cells and verifying the results with statistical techniques.
Dell regularly communicates with customers via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), E-Mail, and the Internet. We are capable of receiving and transmitting a variety of data in that is integrated into our networked computer systems to automatically update our shop production schedule based on your needs and to monitor the efficiency of each job in our shop.
