Each year Dell employees are encouraged to participate in a blood drive to benefit the American Red Cross.

Dell has been actively involved with the Farmington Education Foundation for many years. The mission of the foundation is to promote and enhance public education excellence in Farmington by developing and providing independent financial resources for innovative educational initiatives. The FEF is a way to connect teachers with a source of funding for their innovative ideas and programs

Each year Dell Mfg. and its employees donate their time and machining effort to help the Farmington High School/Otis Elevator robot team with the FIRST Robotics Project. This team has to design and build a robot with limited parts to compete against other high school teams from around the world.
